1.DC Motor: Using 70% less energy, DC motor are even more durable and efficient as compared to a traditional AC fan motor.

-Sleep mode: Fan speed & timer will gradually go down until fan is off.

4.LED Light Kit: The U48FP comes equipped with a 18W light kit. You can toggle how bright you want the light to be with just a touch of a button. 
 
5.Warranty: The U48FP has a local 1 year warranty covered by KDK. 
The U48FP has also been approved a safety mark by Enterprise Singapore. This means the U48FP has been marked safe on the back of very stringent safety standards set by Enterprise Singapore! It comes with a cut-off safety device, blade safety plate and safety wire. This should annihilate your fear of the ceiling fan falling off the ceiling!
